Payment

I am a credentialed provider with Aetna, BCN, BCBS, First Health, McLaren, Medicaid, Medicare (Local), Medicare (Rail Road), Meridian, and Priority Health.  If choosing to pay with your insurance, please contact your insurance provider to confirm coverage and to understand your payment responsibilities regarding deductible and copayment or coinsurance.  Alternatively, a self-pay rate of $125 per 60 minute session is available.  All payments are due at the time of service, and are payable by cash, check, credit card, HSA/FSA card, or via Zelle.
